HR Services Officer

Wat ga je doen?
Je komt te werken in een gedreven, ambitieus en dynamisch HR team. Binnen dit team ben je als HR Services Officer iemand die secuur en nauwkeurig werkt. In het eerste jaar is er een centraal project vanuit de internationale Refresco hoofdkantoor organisatie waar je de meeste tijd van de week aan bezig bent. Hiervoor draai je rapportages uit onze HR systemen, inclusief payroll systeem. Ook zet je procesflows op en pas je deze aan op basis van de meest praktische en service gerichte insteek. Door jouw analytisch vermogen zie jij verbanden en structuren en denk jij telkens een paar stappen vooruit.
Met jouw oog voor detail ga je controles uitvoeren op medewerkersdata. Denk hierbij aan onder andere Excel lijsten en organogrammen. Omdat veel HR meetings Engelstalig zijn, is het beheersen van Engels in taal en geschrift een pre.
Als HR Services Officer komt jouw algemene HR kennis komt in deze rol goed van pas. Naast dat je verantwoordelijk bent voor het project, houd je je ook bezig met HR gerelateerde zaken. Hieronder vallen administratieve taken zoals maandelijkse payroll mutaties, brieftemplates invullen en deze opvolgen. Dit doe je om jouw HR service collega's te ondersteunen wanneer het qua project iets rustiger is.

• Een functie van 28 tot 32 uur per week;
• Een aantrekkelijk salaris tussen € 3.200,- en € 3.800,-- bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur)
• Een spilpositie binnen een groeiende dynamische organisatie waarin je kunt doorgroeien in diverse HR functies;
• 3% eindejaarsuitkering, tot 8% bonus en vakantiegeld;
• Refresco betaalt 2/3e van jouw pensioenpremie en een tegemoetkoming op ziektekosten.
