Inside Sales Representative
Join us at Honeywell in Rosmalen, NL , as we offer an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative. The role revolves around sales and business development, specifically targeting existing and potential channel partners across the Benelux region. The primary responsibilities include maximizing the utilization of our comprehensive products and services portfolio for each channel partner. This involves capturing market share from competitors, reducing dependence on specific products or opportunities, ensuring sustainable growth, maintaining healthy profit margins, and establishing enduring business relationships within the channel partner network.
This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model. It requires occasional travel to customers or business events.
Honeywell's Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) creates mobile computers, printers, and data capture devices that improve worker productivity.
Honeywell helped pioneer the barcode scanning market and over the years its new innovations have helped retailers, distribution centers, transportation and logistics achieve significant improvements in efficiency, speed, and accuracy in their operations.
Key Requirements:
We are seeking a candidate who is ambitious, self-motivated, hardworking, results-oriented, and possesses a positive outlook. The ideal candidate should exhibit both farming and hunting skills, adept at maintaining and growing existing partners and customers while actively seeking new prospects to generate pipeline and secure incremental business. Key requirements also include:
•Ability to develop strong customer relationships and influence over the phone.
•Native Dutch speaker with fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
•Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in inside sales in the IT sector , preferably in auto-ID.
•Minimum high school degree, with further business education considered a plus.
•Knowledge of key sales concepts, practices, and procedures.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Demonstrated ability to operate independently and knowing when to seek support.
•Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas/targets.
· Team player, willingness to support outside sales when required
