    Over de functie

    Op ons hoofdkantoor in Son zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Customer Excellence Specialist die zich dusdanig inzet dat onze klanten maximaal ontzorgd worden.

    Als Customer Excellence Specialist ben jij samen met een team van nog 16 enthousiaste en gemotiveerde specialisten verantwoordelijk voor de support aan bestaande klanten en je helpt mee om nieuwe klanten te onboarden. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en je bent daarmee een visitekaartje vanuit de binnendienst van Lekkerland.

    Een greep uit onze klanten waarmee je samen gaat werken: Shell, Hema, NS, Subway en Burger King.

    Als Customer Excellence Specialist krijg jij energie door onze klanten te helpen succesvol te zijn. Jij bent die partner voor onze klanten en wanneer zij het even niet meer weten, bellen ze jou. Jij bent stressbestendig, geduldig en je bezit empathisch vermogen. Jij weet een brug te slaan tussen de klant, onze accountmanagers en de rest van de interne organisatie zoals Operations, Inkoop, Masterdata en Voorraadbeheer. Dat houdt in dat je niet alleen vragen beantwoord, maar ook meedenkt met de klant en zoekt naar de beste, meest effectieve oplossing. Dat die klant tevreden is, daar doe jij het voor

  • Voor jou als Customer Excellence Specialist is geen dag hetzelfde. Jouw taken bestaan o.a. uit:
  • Support van onze klanten (telefonisch, Teams of mail)
  • Je geeft advies aan de leveranciers van onze klanten waarvan de producten bij ons komen te liggen (telefonisch, Teams of mail)
  • Het actief deelnemen aan periodieke meetings met de accounts en multidisciplinaire klantteams
  • Het maken van rapportages
  • Het analyseren van de data en pro actief acties uitzetten om dat wat niet goed gaat bij te stellen
  • Het monitoren van acties, prijs– en assortimentswijzigingen, leverdagen en levertijden, debiteurengegevens en conditiestructuren.

    • Wat neem jij mee?

  • Een MBO+ / een HBO werk- en denk niveau;
  • Capaciteit en vooral de motivatie om te leren, samen te werken en te handelen. Dat is belangrijker dan ervaring.
  • Je bent vrolijk, energiek, assertief en vooral servicegericht;
  • Jouw sociale skills zijn sterk en je kunt je goed duidelijk maken in zowel Nederlands als Engelse taal
  • Hebt analytische vaardigheden en goede kennis van Excel.
