Our Buying & Merchandising Wholesale Department, based in Eindhoven (Netherlands) is looking for a

Regional Merchandising Specialist Wholesale North (m/f/d) (100%)

You will be supporting the Regional Head of Buying & Merchandising Wholesale in implementing Buying and Merchandising plans in the Region. This is your chance to contribute to the development and success of the Wholesale Business for our brands Triumph and sloggi.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the Regional Head of Buying & Merchandising in driving the brand and business strategy as well as Wholesale needs in the in the countries of the Region North
• Support the Regional Head of Buying & Merchandising to analyze the distribution network to build up solid distribution plans for our assortment strategy's implementation
• Support the Regional Head of Buying & Merchandising in the forecast and budget process
• Support the Regional Head of Buying & Merchandising in the collections presentation and assortment review for the Key Customers
• Support the Regional Head of Buying & Merchandising in the development and check of catalogues and price lists
• Provide competitors analysis to support development of channel and regional relevant products
• Pulling off performance of top and worst sellers down to key customers' level and taking appropriate actions to improve the critical areas
• Continuously support the Regional Head of Buying & Merchandising in analyzing financial success of the assortment based on both standard and "Ad-hoc" analysis

Your ideal profile:

• University Degree
• Min. 2-year previous experience in buying or merchandising roles
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and analytical mindset
• Proactive and strong executer
• Self-motivated with positive "can do" approach, performance-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Fluency in both Dutch and English in required
