    Wat zeg je wanneer iemand vraagt wat je precies doet?

    "Als Supply Chain Officer zet ik orders uit bij leveranciers voor de aan mij toegewezen productgroepen. Vervolgens bewaak ik actief het leverplan, door continu de leverancier hierop aan te sturen. Ik stel prioriteiten en op basis daarvan realiseer ik leveringscombinaties, zodat artikelen tegen zo laag mogelijke kosten binnenkomen. Bij afwijkingen informeer ik mijn collega's en gaan we samen op zoek naar oplossingen.

    Daarnaast controleer ik voor binnenkomst van de artikelen de bijbehorende documenten. Na binnenkomst zorg ik, samen met de Supply Chain Planner, dat de voorraad naar de winkels wordt verdeeld. Tot slot lever ik, in wekelijkse overleggen met Supply Chain en mijn team, proactief bijdragen aan verbeterprocessen. Al met al een veelzijdige baan, waar geen dag hetzelfde is."

  • Plaatsen van orders en bewaken van het leverplan;

  • Problemen oplossen rondom leveringen;
  • Afstemming met verschillende afdelingen, waaronder de eigen Supply Chain-organisatie, de afdeling Inkoop, Logistiek, verschepingsmaatschappijen en leveranciers;
  • Actief deelnemen aan verbeterprocessen;
  • Afhandelen van administratieve taken.

    • Jouw werkomgeving

    Denken en werken vanuit een Supply Chain gedachte is nieuw voor Xenos. Verwacht daarom geen gespreid bedje. Zoek je uitdaging, dynamiek en een beweeglijke organisatie; dan is er wellicht een match

    Voor deze uitdagende functie zoeken wij een accurate, oplossingsgerichte en proactieve persoonlijkheid die snel kan schakelen. Je beschikt over aantoonbaar MBO werk- en denkniveau en je hebt kennis van logistieke processen. Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed in woord en geschrift. Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel en enige ervaring met Slimstock is een pré. Je kunt zelfstandig werken en prioriteiten stellen, maar functioneert ook goed in teamverband.
