Vacature omschrijving
Als Supply Chain Officer ondersteun je de afdeling Supply Chain door de administratieve werkzaamheden op te pakken. Je behandelt de binnenkomende emails en telefoontjes van afdeling Expediting en Procurement en zet eventueel informatie door naar de betrokkene.
Jij speelt als Supply Chain Officer een grote rol in voorraadbeheer inclusief het oplossen van foutieve voorraad en jaarlijkse voorraadtelling. Je bewaakt en volgt de orderstatus van de bestellingen en onderhoudt nauwe contacten met de leveranciers zodat apparatuur/materiaal en of diensten conform afspraak geleverd worden. Je controleert of dat de leveringen overeenkomen de orders en met hetgeen wat op de leveringsdocumenten en paklijsten staat. De leveringen verwerk je door deze nauwkeurig en correct in het ERP-systeem in te voeren, eventueel te hangen aan projecten en ontvangstbevestigingen op te stellen en verzenden naar de interne afdelingen.
Je stelt inkoopaanvragen en inkooporders op en verwerkt ze in het ERP-systeem. Tevens zorg je voor een tijdige uitlevering van verkoop-/reserveonderdelenorders, inclusief de bijbehorende certificaten, verzenddocumentatie die jij al hebt verzameld. Ook draag je zorg voor de verwerking van de facturen en regel je passend transport.
Je hebt als Supply Chain Officer dus een hele brede en verantwoordelijke functie, jij draagt zorg voor een correcte administratie en kloppend systeem en doet ook voorstellen om de processen en/of documentenstroom te verbeteren.
