    Profile

  • Rigid in quality;
  • Flexible in execution;
  • Ability to make risk-based decisions;
  • Hardware (machines, systems, technologies) background. Mix with food is a pro;
  • Strategic as a manager;
  • Executional with the team;
  • Communicative;
  • Able to handle startup environment and start from scratch;
  • Experience in small and corporate companies.

    • Core competence requirements rating (the major quality management areas in given business):

  • Systems;
  • Engineering, CE regulated appliances or sub-systems and food industry;
  • Plastics (pro);
  • Food (pro).

    • Required experience:

  • Experience in managing or/and setting quality in Systems businesses;
  • Proven relevant (7y+) experiences in integral quality management (ISO 9001, 14xxx);
  • Proven relevant (5y+) experiences and knowledge in systems quality management;
  • Proven track record in designing and introducing Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14xxx);
  • Proven relevant (5y+) QA experiences in appliances, complex plastic sub-systems or mechatronics;
  • In-depth knowledge of multi-disciplinary Project Management.
