    Functie eisen
    Als Client Director is het jouw missie om best-in-class oplossingen voor Initiative klanten te bieden. Je werkt samen met het multidisciplinaire Initiative en IPG Mediabrands team om voor jouw klanten briljante strategie, gave content oplossingen, een naadloos communicatiedesign, en foutloze executie te realiseren.

    Even op een rijtje:

    • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks management van de klant en het interne klantenteam.
    • Jouw kennis over de business van deze klanten is uitmuntend. Het zijn jouw inzichten en ervaring die dit team een voorsprong geven.
    • Je fungeert als aanspeekpunt voor het complete Initiative/IPG Mediabrands team wat deze klantkennis betreft.
      Jij identificeert kansen en opportunities en zoekt naar oplossingen die bijdragen aan het realiseren van de doelstellingen van de klant.
      De Client Director heeft de verantwoordelijkheid om het complete reilen en zeilen op zijn klantenpakket soepel, accuraat en op deadline te laten verlopen.


    Vaardigheden en ervaring:

    • 7+ jaar ervaring in Marketing, Advertising of Media;
    • Ervaring aan bureau of exploitantzijde is een must;
    • Bewezen vaardigheid om sterke professionele relaties met klanten, collega's en exploitanten te onderhouden;
    • Een hbo/wo opleiding of gelijkwaardige werkervaring;
    • 4+ jaar ervaring in het leiden en managen van een multidisciplinair team direct of indirect;
    • De vaardigheid om projecten van concept tot evaluatie op te zetten, te leiden en tot een goed einde te brengen;
    • Sterke leider capaciteiten;
    • Sterk commercieel inzicht;
    • Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk) is vereist voor deze functie.
