    Wat ga je doen?

    Als customer support officer bij Alfen is het jouw doel om dingen voor elkaar te krijgen, linksom of rechtsom. Hiervoor ben je continu aan het schakelen met verschillende afdelingen om de klantvraag te beantwoorden. Afdelingen waarmee je nauw samenwerkt zijn onder andere inkoop, logistiek en productie. Wat juist deze rol van customer support officer zo leuk maakt, in vergelijking met andere customer service rollen, is dat je zelf invulling kunt geven aan de rol en niet in een callcenter omgeving terecht komt. Jij krijgt namelijk jouw eigen set aan vaste B2B klanten die stuk voor stuk andere wensen en behoeften hebben. Aan jou om te ontdekken welke aanpak of proces het best werkt voor een optimale customer experience en daarmee ga je vervolgens aan de slag Daarnaast probeer je continu de klantverwachting te overtreffen. Een greep uit jouw takenpakket als customer support officer:

    • Plannen en organiseren van werkzaamheden met externe partijen (transporteurs, aannemers) met netbeheerders en de klant.
    • De regie nemen in de interne organisatie om de belangen van jouw klant zeker te stellen.
    • Proactief informeren en instrueren van jouw klanten.

    Het team

    Je komt te werken in een gezellig team van gedreven customer service medewerkers. Naast hard werken is er zeker ruimte voor plezier. Dit is ook wat jij zoekt in een nieuw team. Verder eigen inbreng en initiatief binnen dit team enorm op prijs gesteld.

Wij bieden een mooie rol op het snijvlak van techniek, logistiek en commercie. Nadat jij hier een periode in deze positie hebt gewerkt, en de organisatie hebt leren kennen, kun je doorstromen naar een andere functie. Denk hierbij bijvoorbeeld aan accountmanager of project engineer of projectleider. Uiteraard is dit afhankelijk van jouw interesse en ervaring. En ook van welke initiatieven jij zelf neemt om je verder als professional te ontwikkelen. Wij verwachten van jou dat jij daarin het voortouw neemt en in overleg met jouw manager, keuzes maakt die jouw loopbaan bij ons ondersteunen.

    En dit allemaal in een prettige, open en informele werksfeer, waar naast werk ook activiteiten deel uitmaken van de bedrijfscultuur. Hierbij kun je denken aan een bezoek aan de wedstrijden van Almere City, wadlopen etc.

    Je bent daadkrachtig, easy going en positief ingesteld.

    Verder:

    • Beschik je over Hbo werk -en denkniveau;
    • Heb je al mooie ervaring opgedaan in een klantcontact functie;
    • Ben je iemand die zeer vaardig is met het MS Office pakket. Ook maak je verschillende CRM en ERP systemen je snel eigen.
