    Main Mission :
    As a Codir member, lead, plan and execute a portfolio of international brands in BENELUX, marketing initiatives in alignment with local sales & retail functions and corporate marketing organizations in order to support profitable business growth, increase brands' position and consumer satisfaction
    Develop market and competitor intelligence across BENELUX in order to support growth strategies and consumer & shopper understanding.

    Functions and Responsabilities :

    • Lead Strategic Marketing Plan across BENELUX in coordination with local brand managers and alignment with local sales and retail teams

    • Responsible for marketing budget management across the 2 entities (Belux/Netherlands)

    • Develop Media & Communication Strategy in conjunction with regional and corporate functions, and lead media audit, optimizing all media activities across BENELUX

    • Lead the media investments across the 2 entities (including PR)

    • Develop PR activities through dedicated agencies

    • Identify and advise on business opportunities, partnering with the local Go-To-Market functions (Sales & Retail) in order to develop and execute marketing strategies and programs

    • Develop strong market intelligence in local organizations to have a comprehensive understanding of the current market situation and trends based on market development, competitors, channels and consumer behaviors

    • Develop the training and education of our internal teams and external Beauty Consultants, with the help of the Education Manager

    • Manage and ensure success and development of a team of Brand Managers, Education Manager, Media & Digital Manager

    • Reporting : General Manager Puig Benelux

    Requirements :

    • University degree in business administration or economics with focus on marketing

    • Profound working experience (5-7 years) in a similar role in an international environment

    • Strong budget & project management skills

    • Excellent understanding of market trends and panels

    • Sense of business urgency

    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Multicultural ability & flexibility

    • French, Dutch & English skills; Spanish would be a plus

    • Previous experience of a media budget, including TV

    • Job based in Brussels, with frequent mobility in the Netherlands
