    Wereldwijd staat de TU Delft bekend om haar succesvolle studententeams. Deze TU Delft | Dream Teams () worden volledig bestuurd door de gemotiveerde studenten zelf. Van het team management, tot het ontwerpen en produceren van hun uitvindingen, het gebeurt allemaal in de TU Delft Dream Hall, die onderdeel uitmaakt van de Facultiet ME. Want op deze plek, gelegen op de TU Delft campus, maken jonge (aankomende) engineers van dromen werkelijkheid.

    Er wordt gewerkt aan technische innovatieve toepassingen met mogelijke veiligheidsrisico's. Als veiligheidsadviseur zorg jij ervoor dat studenten en medewerkers de innovaties veilig kunnen ontwerpen, produceren en testen. Je adviseert en geeft instructies. Hierin werk je vaak samen met de HSE-adviseur en baseer je jouw adviezen in veel gevallen op risico-inventarisaties die je laat opstellen en vervolgens monitort. Daarnaast ben je onderdeel van een klein team technische specialisten die door het delen van kennis en het geven van advies een bijdrage leveren aan de teamdoelen van de Dream Teams.

    Wat je functie vooral zo dynamisch maakt? Het ontwerpen, produceren en testen van technische innovaties is topsport. Er gebeuren dagelijks diverse zaken t.b.v. de projectdoelen die ook van invloed zijn op de veiligheid. Als adviseur moet je hier alert op zijn en waar nodig direct actie op ondernemen. Naast je inzet in de Dreamhall (24 uur) zul je ook ingezet worden ter ondersteuning van onze HSE-Adviseur van de faculteit ME. Je zult tevens voor ca. 24 uur worden ingezet binnen de Dreamhall en voor 16 uur ter ondersteuning van de HSE-adviseur van de faculteit ME. Dit alles maakt je baan erg afwisselend en uitdagend.

    Functie-eisen

    • Je hebt een technische achtergrond op MBO of HBO niveau in bijvoorbeeld werktuigbouwkunde, laboratorium onderzoek of chemie. Je hebt een MBO/HBO opleiding middelbaar veiligheidskunde of de motivatie om deze op korte termijn te behalen.
    • Je kunt op alle niveaus binnen de organisatie mensen op een overtuigende en heldere manier adviseren over veiligheidsaspecten.
    • Je bent praktisch ingesteld, kunt goed analyseren en wilt blijven leren.
    • Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en kan je goed redden in het Engels. Dit is nodig omdat je in een internationale omgeving werkt.
    • Je bent, gezien de aard van de werkzaamheden, flexibel en (wanneer nodig) bereid om bij uitzondering buiten kantooruren te werken.

    Arbeidsvoorwaarden

    • Een salaris dat is gebaseerd op schaal 9 uit de CAO Nederlandse Universiteiten met een minimum van € 3.377,- en een maximum van € 4.640,- bruto per maand op basis van een volledige werkweek (38 uur), plus 8% vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3%.
