    Hoe maak jij onze klanten blij?

    Door te borgen dat zij ads in beeld krijgen waar ze oprecht vrolijk van worden. Advertenties met een torenhoog relevantiegehalte, zodat winkelen leuker, makkelijker én meer inspirerend wordt. Klinkt eenvoudig, maar dat is het niet, want het aantal adverteerders stijgt snel, hun collectieve audience is kritisch en de screen real estate beperkt. Daar komt bij dat sommige adverteerders A-merken met een surplus aan online advertising expertise zijn, maar dat ook beduidend kleinere partners graag adverteren. Hoe helpen we al die adverteerders om het maximale uit onze advertentiepropositie te halen, ook vanuit klantperspectief?

    Wat je doet als Performance Lead Advertising?

    Het team van performance specialisten voorzien van de juiste pointers op weg naar succes. Je coacht, inspireert en ontwikkelt het operationele team dat adverteerders ondersteunt bij het opzetten en verbeteren van display & social campagnes. Dat team bestaat uit 3 performance specialisten die de brug vormen tussen het uitvoerende campagneteam, interne sales collega's en externe adverteerders. Vanuit de ambitie om adverteerders te empoweren om steeds autonomer tot effectieve campagnes te komen, voorziet jouw team hen van de juiste (data)inzichten en adviezen.

    Hoe vliegen we dat slim en schaalbaar aan? Voldoen proposities of dienen ze te worden verfijnd of uitgebouwd? Hoe stimuleer je crafts(wo)manship? Hoe weeg en verenig je, soms ogenschijnlijk tegengestelde, belangen van in- en externe stakeholders? En hoe zorg je ervoor dat advertenties 'winstgevend' zijn voor alle partijen, inclusief onze 13 miljoen klanten? Wat de rol extra leuk en uitdagend maakt, is het fluïde speelveld. Het platform wordt continu uitgebreid, waardoor de scope van het team verbreedt. Het is dus cruciaal dat je tot een manier van werken komt die dat faciliteert en collega's uitnodigt om zichzelf (en elkaar) door te ontwikkelen. Goed om te weten: je denkt, praat en beslist mee over de koers van de propositie en zal jouw visie regelmatig presenteren bij positief/kritische stakeholders.

  • Verfijn en/of vernieuw de propositie, waarbij je alle perspectieven meepakt en -weegt
  • Ontpop je tot trusted advisor van alle stakeholders en bevorder onderlinge samenwerking
  • Inspireer, mentor en coach een team van performance specialisten (initieel: 3 FTE)
  • Kom tot de juiste manier van werken en versnel de teamontwikkeling
  • Mobiliseer capaciteit om te experimenteren, zodat we adverteerders op schaal servicen
  • Ontwikkel uitdagende, maar haalbare en meetbare KPI's & OKR's voor je team

    In deze rol werk je binnen bol Retail Media ('BRM'); een snelgroeiende digital advertising speler met een unieke propositie voor partners, leveranciers en mediabureaus: relevante advertenties terwijl klanten winkelen. Dit doen we met 90+ professionals met zeer diverse achtergronden en skill sets.
