    Are you a dynamic and forward-thinking marketer ready to tackle new challenges?
    As a Digital Growth Marketer you'll be an integral part of the company's rapidly expanding marketing team, dedicated to enhancing brand visibility, establishing thought leadership, and expanding their business horizons internationally.
    Your role? To lead the charge in all digital marketing endeavors aimed at achieving these goals. You thrive on discovering fresh, effective, and innovative methods to attract, engage, and convert high-quality leads, all while adhering to our data-driven ethos and 'growth hacking' mindset.
    Here's a glimpse into your day-to-day as a Digital Growth Marketer:Unleash your creativity to devise groundbreaking strategies for bolstering the brand's digital footprint.
    • Dream up and execute compelling campaign concepts to fuel new business leads.
    • Take the reins on launching and overseeing thematic content and event campaigns across global markets.
    • Collaborate with external partners to manage and optimize their web presence and online marketing channels.
    • Drive their online advertising efforts through expert management of Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
    • Serve as the resident expert in marketing automation (HubSpot), providing invaluable support to their sales team.
    • Dive deep into marketing and sales data, analyzing against our KPIs and delivering insightful reports to internal stakeholders.
    • Fine-tune and enhance our SEO rankings within our niche areas of expertise.
    • Masterfully craft lead nurturing flows tailored to various personas and customer journeys.
    • Continuously refine their online domains and campaign strategies through A/B testing, heatmaps, and UX research.
    • Foster seamless collaboration with fellow marketers, the business development team, and global colleagues.

    Requirements

    You're an independent and proactive individual, adept at spearheading multiple digital marketing initiatives with minimal guidance. Your relentless focus on "growth" and achieving commercial success fuels your daily efforts. In addition, you possess a knack for innovative thinking, constantly staying abreast of the newest trends and top strategies in digital marketing, analytics, and marketing performance.
    It sounds great, doesn't it? Keep reading to know what you need to land this exciting job:
    • Your educational background is in communication/marketing/business studies (HBO/WO).
    • You have at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a good track record.
    • You have a true growth hacking mindset and skill set (testing, learning and optimising campaigns with the right tools and solutions).
    • You are eager to take the next step in your career, bringing our digital marketing game to the next level.
    • You are tech savvy and know your way around all relevant marketing optimisation and data tools.
    • You have extensive knowledge within the Google suite: Google Display and Search Ads, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
    • SEO, SEA, email marketing and social media (advertising) have no secrets for you.
    • You know your way with marketing automation technology (preferably hands-on experience with HubSpot).
    • You have strong communication skills (English and preferably also Dutch).
    You have to live in the Netherlands already, in a commutable distance from Amsterdam and have a valid work visa.
