- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in, information technology, business administration, or a related field;
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, including at least 3 years in leadership positions. Industry (Manufacturing) experience is advantageous;
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic IT plans that support business objectives;
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead teams toward common goals;
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of prcesses, business applications (PLM, ERP, etc), data management and emerging technologies;
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
- Results-Oriented: Driven by results, with a proven track record of achieving measurable business outcomes through IT initiatives.

As the IT business Partner (Business CIO, Digital Transformation Lead) within one of our division, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing IT and digital strategies, roadmaps and projects that support divisional and group business objectives.
