Als Medior Data Engineer bij InIn help jij klanten om van hun ongestructureerde data, gestructureerde betrouwbare data te maken. Dit doe je in en met verschillende systemen, zoals bijvoorbeeld de Microsoft Azure Cloud omgeving, waarmee je bouwt aan een datafundament waarin je alle databronnen ontsluit voor besturingsmodellen, dashboards, analyses en andere informatieproducten.
Wat doe je?
In deze rol werk je samen met onze klanten en interne belanghebbenden om robuuste data-pipelines en infrastructuren te ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en implementeren. Je werkt nauw samen met datawetenschappers, analisten en software-engineers om ervoor te zorgen dat gegevens efficiënt worden verwerkt, opgeslagen en opgehaald, waardoor bruikbare inzichten worden gegenereerd.
Je bouwt aan datawarehouses, een dataplatform 'from scratch' in samenwerking met de data architect, draagt zorg voor de ETL scripts, bouwt datapipelines en modelleert en prepareert de data voor je collega datascientisten. Je houdt hierbij rekening met verschillende aspecten zoals privacy, security en kostenreductie. Je zet je codes en scripts robuust op, met relevante controles op het gebied van processing en datakwaliteit. Zo draag jij bij aan de waarborging van een stabiele basis waarop BI, datascience en AI projecten op gebouwd kunnen worden. De opdrachtgever kan met jouw inzet de gewenste transformatie maken (of meer waarde halen uit haar data).
Je werkt DevOps of in ieder geval Agile. Als medior denk jij na over technische oplossingen voor user stories (of data vragen) uit de business. Ook denk je mee in de creatie van een beheersbaar, duurzaam en gebruiksvriendelijk dataplatform voor de organisatie. Je hebt een adviserende rol.
