Je bent een verlengstuk van het management en zal daarbij het management ondersteunen met verschillende taken. Daarnaast lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan het optimaliseren van de bestaande processen. Direct Result is marktleider in de field marketingbranche met vestigingen in Nederland, Duitsland, België en Frankrijk. Duitsland is één van de snelst groeiende markten in Europa en jij kan de kans krijgen om een deel uit te maken van deze groei Wij zijn namelijk op zoek naar een gemotiveerde hbo-stagiaire voor onze vestigingen in: Berlijn, Keulen, Düsseldorf en Hamburg Durf jij de uitdaging aan te gaan?
  • Je volgt een studie International Business, Bedrijfskunde, Commerciële Economie of een vergelijkbare studie op hbo – niveau.Je hebt een affiniteit met personeelsmanagement en sales.Je hebt een goed beheersing van de Engelse taal. Duits is een pre.Je bezit goede communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.Je bent minimaal voor 5 maanden beschikbaar.Je bent een doorzetter die pas tevreden is na het bereiken van een optimaal resultaat.Je bent niet bang voor een uitdaging.Je beschikt over een goede dosis initiatiefJe functioneert goed in een dynamische omgeving.Ervaring in deze branche is een pluspunt
  • Het geven van een frisse blik op de afdelingen door jouw mening te geven.Je bent een verlengstuk van het management en zal daarbij het management ondersteunen met verschillende taken. Denk hierbij aan managementtaken zoals: marketing, operationele taken, verkopen en recruitment.Personeelsbeleid en datamanagement.Het verzamelen van data en die verwerken aan de hand van internationaal erkende methodieken.De beschreven werkzaamheden vormen het basispakket en zullen na een goede inwerk- en leerperiode vaak zelfstandig uitgevoerd worden. Op eigen initiatief of door vraag vanuit de organisatie kunnen deze worden aangevuld met andere projecten en/of taken.
