As a Revenue Coordinator, your role is to support the Regional Revenue Manager in optimizing revenue and profitability for the assigned region.

You will assist in data analysis, market research, and implementation of revenue management strategies to maximize market share and revenue for each property.

This role provides an opportunity to learn and grow in the field of revenue management under the guidance of experienced professionals.

What You'll Do

Assist in revenue management activities under the guidance of the Regional Revenue Manager
Analyze market data, reports, and trends to identify revenue opportunities and challenges
Learn to forecast demand and optimize market mix and distribution channels for profitability
Assist in making informed revenue decisions by providing data analysis and insights
Support in the evaluation and implementation of revenue management processes and procedures, as well as monitoring distribution channels to ensure effective rate and inventory management
Assist in the production of reports and presentations for regional revenue analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes
Support in identifying pricing, promotional, and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue
Collaborate with hotel management teams to provide training and support on revenue management strategies

Who You Are

02 years of experience in a similar field
Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Economics, or a related field
You have an eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
You have an eye for detail and know your way around an excel sheet.
Experience with a PMS (e.g., Mews) and/or a RMS is an advantage.
