- Develop, construct, test and maintain our reports in Power BI to facilitate decision-making throughout the organization
- Data analysis and data visualizations for the entire business
- Developing and updating ETL processes in our Azure Data Factory
- Optimization of a diverse range of tasks with an emphasis on creating value for the business users
- Study a bachelor's or first year of a master's degree in data science, engineering, mathematics/statistics or similar quantitative or programming degree
- Are interested in working with the Microsoft Azure stack (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake), as this will be one of your main sets of tools
- Have full proficiency in both written and verbal English – Proficiencies in a European language is also preferred
- Have programming competencies in SQL is a strong advantage
- It is an advantage, but not a requirement, that you have experience with Python, DAX, Power BI, or Tableau

The opportunity
Your role as a Student Analyst in the Reporting Branch of Business Analytics will cover the data journey all the way from building ETL data pipelines in our Azure Data Lakehouse and Hive (Spark) applications to create and optimize visualizations in Power BI reports and presentations to the key decision makers in the business. You will become an important part of BA's continuous high speed of developing data insights, where we use a data-driven, in-house consulting approach to deliver actionable insights to key decision makers throughout the entire company.
