    Job Description

    As Operator C, you play a crucial role in the Operations department, ensuring the smooth running of production. If development is key to you and you are looking to challenge yourself in the process industry as Operator C, keep reading and don't miss out on this opportunity.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Operating, monitoring, controlling, and adjusting the entire production process or a part of it;
    • Setting up, adjusting, and recording machine settings and deviations;
    • Conducting quality checks;
    • Adjusting the entire process through parameter changes and part replacements based on interim measurements and analyses;
    • Troubleshooting non-routine problems;
    • Transferring work responsibilities during shift changes;
    • Resolving malfunctions and performing minor repairs;
    • Actively contributing ideas for process optimization and suggesting improvements.

    You are a good fit if:

    • You have a completed Operator C diploma, VAPRO C, or AOT Level 4;
    • Experience in a chemical production environment is advantageous but beginners are also welcome;
    • You are decisive and analytically strong;
    • You are open to working in shifts;
    • You are hands-on and enjoy working in a technical environment.
