AIM is specialized in supporting companies launching their rare (or ultra rare) disease, ATMP or cell & gene product(s) as a first product or in addition to an existing portfolio, with a strong focus on Europe, but also with capabilities in the US through well-established partnerships.
Since our foundation in 2009 we have successfully supported over 80 companies in this space.Additionally, we support companies with supply chain optimization challenges and we supply experienced interim Supply Chain professionals at all levels in the organization to our clients.

As a
Commercial Operations Manager, you will join an entrepreneurial firm with a dynamic and growing team and have the opportunity to help grow and build the company.
Reporting to a Principal at AIM, you will help own key operational functions and work collaboratively with team members to support the daily needs of the business.
The primary areas of activity you will support in this role are:- Business operations support (a.o. market & prospect analysis)
- Marketing & business development support
- Vendor & Client contracting support
- Operational ownership of company GDPR processes
- Support the development of processes to improve commercial performance
- Support the establishment of regular commercial reporting
Required Experience and Skills:
- Operational B to B marketing experience
- Analytical and ability to combine information from various sources
- Management report creation experience
- Experience with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other regional privacy regulations
- Experience in the Life science business is a bonus
- Minimum years experience in a comparable position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, commercial operations, economics, supply chain, or related field
