    What you will do

    Our team of Payroll Professionals is the connecting factor between advising towards clients and practical implementation of payroll administration. Our team members all have different study backgrounds, which makes it a diverse team and you can learn a lot from each other. Your core tasks in this position include:

    • Independently conducting and checking payroll administrations for compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Identifying risks and opportunities that arise in payroll administrations.
    • Analyzing key figures and reporting on this through the use of technology.
    • Further optimizing/automating the payroll process (internally and at clients).
    • Using technology to further automate the payroll process.
    • Advising clients on all payroll related questions.

    You recognize yourself in this

    You want to acquire new knowledge but also want to share your acquired knowledge with others. In addition, you get energy from expanding your network and you like to get the best out of yourself and your colleagues. You are ready for a new challenge and enjoy being thrown in at the deep end. Furthermore, you are curious about the latest technological developments and are willing to expand your knowledge in this area. You are innovative, enterprising and not afraid of challenges. You enjoy working in a team, are analytically strong and speak fluent Dutch and English. You are also bursting with energy and:

    • Y ou have a completed HBO or WO education in the direction of HR, Business Administration, Economics or another financial direction. It is especially important that you enjoy working with numbers.
    • In addition, you have done one of the following studies: PDL or VPS.
    • Do you have at least two years of work experience in processing payroll.
