- Onboard Clients. Ensure clients feel welcome at ADP and seamlessly implement every Payroll solution sold. You align customer expectations with ADP's solutions, collaborating with customers for successful outcomes utilizing your expertise in Payroll and customer guidance. You will be implementing our solutions for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Internal Collaboration. Work with ADP colleagues from Sales, Service, and Account Management. Share information regularly within your team. While focusing on your own implementations, you contribute to achieving team goals.
- Multi-Tasking & Communication. Manage multiple projects with individual deadlines and action lists simultaneously. Share essential information effectively and securely with both customers and internal ADP teams you collaborate with.
- Minimum of a completed HBO or WO degree in HR, IT, or business administration.
- Basic knowledge of payroll, financial, and HR administration is essential. Experience with project management is a must. Excellent communication skills. Technical knowledge: Proficient in databases, Excel, understanding customer needs and solutions, and system integration. Creative mindset: Collaborative problem-solving, adaptability to changes, always seeking improvement.

As an Implementation Consultant Payroll, you will continue to build relationships with customers after the contract with ADP is signed. You are responsible for implementing systems and services linked to Payroll processes for the customer. You will have regular communication with the customer, whether by phone, email, video call, or on-site. In addition to functional knowledge, you also have technical expertise to understand systems and provide the right information to the customer. Databases hold no secrets for you, and you excel in Excel. Ultimately, you contribute directly to providing accurate information to our customers' employees.
Every day, you will be working with your customers to find the best solutions within ADP's standard offerings. You will have multiple implementation projects running simultaneously, making the work challenging and diverse. You, along with your colleagues, are always searching for ways to improve the current processes, aiming to optimize our operations and make our customers even happier.
To thrive in this role, you know how to build good relationships with customers, establish trust, and demonstrate professionalism. You have excellent verbal and written skills, guiding customers effectively through the implementation process. You can balance the interests of both the customer and ADP. The appreciation received from customers for your implementation efforts makes you proud and motivates you. You are comfortable working under pressure and maintain a healthy balance.
