- Onboard Clients. Ensure that the customer feels welcome at ADP and that every Payroll solution sold is seamlessly implemented. You align customer expectations with ADP solutions, leading to successful outcomes by leveraging your expertise in Payroll and customer guidance. Implementation of our solutions is done for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Internal Collaboration. Collaborate with ADP colleagues from Sales, Service, and Account Management. Besides working on your own implementations, you contribute to team objectives collectively.
- Multi-Tasking & Communication. Juggle multiple projects with their own deadlines and action lists simultaneously. Share essential information effectively and securely with both customers and internal ADP teams.
- Minimum of a bachelor's or master's degree in HR, IT, or Business Administration.
- Basic knowledge of payroll, financial, and HR administration is essential. Experience with project management is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Technical prowess, including a deep understanding of databases, Excel proficiency, insight into customer needs and solutions, and system integration capabilities.
- Creative mindset, offering innovative solutions, flexibility in the face of change, and a constant drive for improvement.
- Proficient in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

As an Implementation Consultant Payroll, you continue to build the relationship with the customer after the contract with ADP is signed. You are responsible for implementing systems and services linked to Payroll processes at the customer. This involves regular alignment with the customer, whether by phone, email, video call, or even on-site visits. In addition to functional knowledge, you also have technical expertise to fully understand the systems and provide the customer with the right information. The average database holds no secrets for you, and you excel in Excel. Ultimately, you directly contribute to providing accurate information to our customers' employees.
Every day, you will be working with your customers to find the best solutions within the standard offerings provided by ADP. Running multiple implementation projects concurrently makes the work challenging and diverse. You, along with your colleagues, are constantly seeking improvements in the current processes, aiming to optimize our operations and, most importantly, make our customers even happier.
To thrive in this role, you know how to build strong relationships with customers, create trust, and excel in professionalism. You possess excellent verbal and written skills and can guide customers effectively through the implementation process. You are capable of balancing both customer and ADP interests effectively. The recognition from customers for your implementation work is what drives you. You are comfortable working under pressure while maintaining a healthy balance.
