The Facilities Expert assists the team in providing efficient and effective Facilities Management and health, safety and security service for the outlet centre, to ensure that customer satisfaction is maximised for the Centre are set and maintained at all times.
If you are passionate about maintaining a high standard, keen on thinking out of the box, exploring new methods and ideas, then this might be the job for you. You will report to the Centre Facilities Manager.

To be successful you'll bring...
• You are a qualified facility professional with knowledge of ISO and preferably ISO
• You have gained experience in facility management, food hygiene standards and have knowledge of building standards
• You have good experience or a keen curiosity about Risk/Security management and Environmental/Sustainability
• You speak, read and write proficient English and Dutch, this is essential
• Your communication is outstanding, both verbally and written
• You have excellent project management skills
• You have a good standard knowledge of MS Office
