    The primary role of this position is to provide technical support and training to various stakeholders including customers, sales partners, sales team, customer support team, and the New Products Introduction (NPI) team. This involves understanding safety agency standards and electrical requirements in target markets, as well as having a deep knowledge of the company's and competitors' products for training and evaluations. Additionally, responsibilities include overseeing layout services in Europe, Africa, and Asia, and contributing to product development initiatives within the NPI team. A secondary aspect is managing operations in the South Holland office to ensure efficient task execution.



    Key Responsibilities:

    • Comprehensive Technical Support: Provide design, assembly, and installation assistance and training on products to various stakeholders.
    • Regulatory Assistance: Support in safety agency declarations and reports for shipping.
    • Customer Training: Deliver outstanding customer support and on-site product training.
    • Problem Resolution: Address post-installation issues through troubleshooting and corrective actions.
    • NPI Team Collaboration: Offer insights on standards and compliance, participate in evaluations.
    • Cross-functional Team Participation: Engage in team meetings.
    • Third-party Testing Coordination: Assist with lab testing.
    • Product Verification: Ensure product guidelines are met.
    • NPI Sales Support: Develop strategies to drive new product sales.
    • Sales Team Empowerment: Provide training on products and services.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the technical support team.
    • Exhibition Management: Lead planning and design for exhibition stands.
    • Facilities and Budget Management: Collaborate on office facilities budget and maintenance.
    • Operational Support: Provide guidance to the operations team.
    • Educational Background: University degree in engineering or electronics.
    • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience in technical support.
    • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills.
    • Decision-Making Abilities: Effective communicator and decision-maker.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communicator with diverse groups.
    • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve technical issues.
    • Team Leadership: Success in managing teams.
    • Sales and Customer Service Experience: Experience in sales and customer service.
    • Collaborative Mindset: Positive collaboration experience.
    • Language Proficiency: Strong English skills.
    • Travel Availability: Willingness to travel.
