- I am trained academically and practical (via my ongoing bachelor in International Media and Entertainment Management) in AV (audio-visual), graphic design, media and entertainment, moreover having worked on dozens of production sets so far.

- I love working with  people and speak 4 languages (Romanian, English and Spanish fluently/native and Dutch intermediate).  I grew in  an international schooling environment (British School, Romanian national and current Dutch resident) and have strong cultural awareness and sensitivity.

1. Shift leader (Management) – Foodhallen, Den Haag               October 2022 – Present

Key Achievement: Hands-on managed and supervised a team, scheduling, teaching staff, organise the dynamics of the team on the day itself, customer care and support, problem solving with customers, set up tasks and observe team, invigilated corporations’ events that were organised here and seen them to the end and managed the team to do well.

1. Head Bar & Management – Whoosah Den Haag, Netherlands         May 2018 – September 2022 (Seasonal on Spring/Summer/Autumn)                                                                                                                    

• As a long-term staff member and current Bar manager of Whoosah, a popular beach club in Scheveningen, I have developed stamina and flexibility when faced with a variety of situations and co-workers. Consistently dealing with leisure events and large groups has allowed me to achieve practical insight in event and staff managing.

Key Achievement: worked under time constrained and high-pressure environment during high season on the beach in the summer.  Hands-on and on the spot thinking on how to manage a team and customer care, created the drink menus and created new cocktails, scheduling, and teaching staff.

1. Production, Sales, and Concept Development Assistant – Woov B.V. Amsterdam, Netherlands                                February 2020 – August 20202                                                                                                                     

• Worked in multiple section of the company, including client acquirement and sales department, focusing on the Romanian market, as well as the British, Spanish, and Latin American markets. Furthermore, in the Production department, worked on several graphic design quotas from our clients for their physical and digital events. 
• Key Achievement: Overseeing all the social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat) in posting and advertising, interacting with clients and followers, Client Acquirement (Sales).

1. Radio Production & Management Assistant – 111Radio, Den Haag, Netherlands                                             February 2018 – February 2019

• Worked on the scheduling of which shows go in which day, as well as organising everybody in the designated teams, communication with the rest of the team, and invigilating the WhatsApp groups of each sub team, as well as creating the content for the social media pages (Facebook and Instagram - between 500 and 1000 followers).

1. Production, Casting and Set Directing Assistant, Ninja Warriors – PROTV s.a. Romania                                                                 August 2018

• Short production of 20 days. Assistant cross-departmental for production, casting and directing teams. During the day aid the casting and production departments, working on the legal aspects of the participants of the show as well as their supporters, making sure everybody signed the assigned NDAs and contracts with the company and all mentioned above were in the designated areas and the set. During the evening and night, aid the Set director and the image Director, making sure everybody was at their right positions and everything will go according to the time schedule set for each filming day. 
• Key Achievement: Switching from production, casting, and directing teams throughout the day/night, working 18h a day, and being set director assistant.

Cross-department Assistant, PROTV s.a. Romania                                                                                               May 2012 – August 2015

• Throughout the years, especially during Spring-Summer productions, worked as assistant postproduction, casting, radio, news, and production departments. In those times as an assistant different skill were polished, such as: organisational skills, time management, graphic design, image directing, set directing, light and sound systems, switchboard (switching through the cameras during a live show) & prompter.
• Key Achievement: invigilated and took the interviews for the “The Voice Romania” season 1&2 with the coaches.
