• When a malfunction occurs, you will ensure it is processed correctly in our maintenance management system, so the right contractor can solve the issue.
• In this team, you are the first point of contact, not only representing Asset management but also a crucial link in the primary fault process.

Connecting your world

As a Technical Support Agent, you are responsible for correctly registering technical malfunctions (e.g., a broken escalator) for almost all assets at Schiphol. How you approach this is up to you. We trust in your ability to take charge, make decisions, and take responsibility. Your talents will be utilized in:

• Monitoring different systems and responding to deviations through monitoring & control.
• Escalating incidents to the contractor accurately on the first attempt.
• Proactively providing feedback/status updates to reporters and stakeholders. Additionally, you will be the primary contact for all reporters and stakeholders of incidents.
• Operating transportation vehicles, etc., on request from the IACC (Intelligence Asset Control Center) or performing minor technical tasks.
