Onze gebruikers van AutoNiveau Remote Diagnostics zo goed mogelijk ondersteunen met onze remote. Daar ga jij voor Ben je autotechnicus en lijkt het je interessant je te specialiseren in diagnose stellen en coderingen op afstand?
Je komt te werken bij het supportteam van AutoNiveau. Het supportteam houdt zich bezig met de Technische Helpdesk, Remote Diagnostics en Pass Thru support.
Jij voert samen met je collega's de werkzaamheden uit voor AutoNiveau Remote Diagnostics. Met dit online platform en de 'Remote' zijn wij in staat een brug te slaan tussen de EOBD-stekker, van de auto in de werkplaats, en het AutoNiveau Servicecenter. Met een uitgebreid scala aan OEM- en specialistische diagnosetools ga je onze gebruikers op afstand helpen met sleutel transponders aanleren, modules coderen, voertuigconfiguraties aanpassen en nog veel meer

Bij AutoNiveau is ons dagelijkse doel hoe kunnen we het autobedrijf nu verder helpen. Die doelstelling vullen we samen in op verschillende manieren, op de korte en op de lange termijn, door training, support en ontzorging.

Je hebt een zelfstandige, ondernemende werkhouding en laat geen kans onbenut om jezelf professioneel en persoonlijk te ontwikkelen. Uiteraard ben je oplossingsgericht, je weet verbanden te leggen en herkent belangrijke informatie. Communicatief ben je zeer sterk en je hebt een klant- en servicegerichte werkhouding. Om bij ons als medewerker Remote Support aan de slag te gaan:
Dit kun je van ons verwachten
Een veelzijdige functie voor 40 uur per week binnen een uitdagende, zich snel ontwikkelende werkomgeving. We bieden je een zeer afwisselende functie met veel eigen verantwoording en waarin je kennis maakt met de nieuwste technieken. Je krijgt volop de mogelijkheid je verder te ontwikkelen en de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar Medewerker Technical Support. Het supportteam is werkzaam vanuit twee locaties: Amsterdam en Nieuwegein.
Uiteraard bieden wij je een goed salaris dat ligt in schaal 8 (€2.670,90 - €3.881,71) afhankelijk van werkervaring en opleiding. Onze secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden bestaan onder andere uit een persoonlijke bonus, winstdeling en 6 extra ATV dagen.
Ongeveer elke vijf weken komen we met het hele bedrijf samen om gezellig te eten en nieuwe ontwikkelingen te bespreken. We starten de zomer elk jaar weer met een heerlijk verzorgde BBQ met het gehele bedrijf en over de bedrijfsuitjes wordt veelal nog maanden gesproken.
