- Telefonische contacten met de verzekeringsmakelaar. Je beantwoordt hun vragen of je vraagt zelfstandig aanvullende informatie bij de verzekeringsmakelaar op.
- Eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen vanuit polisadministratie, boekhouding en schade.
- Het ondersteunen van de acceptanten in hun verzekeringsportefeuille bij tussentijdse aanpassingen.
- Het leveren van een maandelijkse bijdrage aan het prolongatieproces, selecteren van de polissen die gecontinueerd kunnen worden zodat dat alles tijdig met verschillende afdelingen in gang wordt gezet.
- Het bewaken van de kwaliteit van de instructies die worden gegeven vanuit de acceptatie richting afdeling administratie voor opmaak en het signaleren van knelpunten en afwijkingen in het proces, alsmede waarborging van de kwaliteit van de polisadministratie.
- Het proactief aandragen van oplossingen en verbetervoorstellen om de efficiëntie en kwaliteit van zowel de afdeling acceptatie als de afdeling polisopmaak te verbeteren.
- De controle van opgemaakte polisdocumenten, premieregistraties en data-invoer in systemen door afdeling polisadministratie.
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Je hebt bij voorkeur al enige ervaring in verzekeringsbranche en hebt affiniteit met verschillende schadeverzekeringsproducten
- Goede beheersing van Office Excel en Word
- Bij voorkeur in het bezit van WFT Basis en WFT Schadeverzekering Zakelijk, of de ambitie om deze te behalen
- Goede vaardigheden met IT geautomatiseerde systemen
- Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheid in de Nederlandse taal en een basisbeheersing van de Engelse taal
- Beheersing van de Franse taal is een pré

Ter ondersteuning van onze afdeling Underwriting (Acceptatie) zijn wij op zoek naar een Underwriting Assistant. In deze rol ben jij de brug tussen de commerciële en de operationele afdeling.
