Job profile:
1. SAP CS Implementation:
– Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP CS modules to optimize customer service processes.
2. Customer Service Enhancement:
– Analyze business requirements to improve customer service operations.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer support workflows.
3. Issue Resolution:
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP CS and SD modules.
– Provide timely and effective solutions to customer service challenges.
4. Integration Management:
– Ensure seamless integration between SAP CS and other SAP modules, especially SD.
– Collaborate with SD consultants to streamline end-to-end business processes.
5. Training and Documentation:
– Conduct user training sessions for SAP CS functionalities.
– Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions.
6. Customization and Configuration:
– Customize SAP CS and SD modules to meet specific business requirements.
– Configure and maintain master data relevant to customer service and sales processes.
7. Reporting and Analytics:
– Create and optimize reports to monitor key performance indicators.
– Utilize SAP Analytics tools to derive insights for continuous improvement.
8. Collaboration:
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
– Work closely with the SD team to align customer service processes with sales functions.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
– Proven experience in SAP CS implementation and support.
– Strong proficiency in SAP SD functionalities.
– Knowledge of SAP integration processes.
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Nice to Have:
– Familiarity with SAP CRM modules.
– Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
– Knowledge of SAP Fiori for enhanced user experience.
