    Director Planning & Reporting

    Onder het Corporate Center van een vooraanstaande organisatie zijn diverse bedrijfsbrede activiteiten ondergebracht, waaronder Legal Services, Procurement, Treasury & Corporate Finance, Human Resources en Corporate Control. Binnen Corporate Control valt de afdeling Planning & Rapportage, die verantwoordelijk is voor het coördineren van financiële planning en resultaatsanalyse voor de organisatie als geheel. Hierbij worden financiële en niet-financiële gegevens van verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen en dochterondernemingen geconsolideerd voor brede rapportages en analyses.

    Wat ga je doen?

    Je zorgt voor een accuraat, tijdig en volledig inzicht in de financiële en zakelijke prestaties van de organisatie door rapportages en analyses te verstrekken aan het management, de executive teams, de raad van toezicht en andere stakeholders, zowel op reguliere als ad-hoc basis.

    Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden en taken zijn onder meer: Financiële planning, rapportage & analyse:

    • Maandelijkse geconsolideerde rapportage van financiële resultaten van de organisatie en haar onderdelen.
    • Interpreteren en analyseren van financiële resultaten en bespreken van afwijkingen met betrokken bedrijfsonderdelen.
    • Analyseren van trends in financiële en operationele KPI's en verklaren van afwijkingen.

    Business planning:

    • Opstellen van het Group Strategic Framework met een 5-jarige financiële vooruitblik en financiële projecties.

    Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) infrastructuur en proces:

    • Implementeren en beheren van EPM-platform voor planningprocessen.
    • Zorgen voor integrale financiële planning van resultaat, cashflow en balansontwikkelingen.

    Business controlling van Corporate (shared) services:

    • Zorgen voor juiste financiële administratie van opbrengsten en kosten.
    • Rapporteren van maandelijkse resultaten aan het management.

    Implementatie van ESRS en EU Taxonomy:

    • Implementeren van European Sustainability Reporting Standards en de EU Taxonomy.

    Jouw profiel Voor deze sleutelfunctie zoeken we een ervaren professional die als rechterhand van de Corporate Controller kan fungeren op het gebied van financieel prestatiebeheer. Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden, bent flexibel en hebt uitgebreide kennis van financiële processen. Je bent een uitstekende communicator en hebt ervaring met stakeholdermanagement op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie. Daarnaast ben je stressbestendig, integer en proactief, en werk je graag in teamverband.

    Jouw achtergrond:

    • Academische opleiding in finance, aangevuld met een register-controller- of accountantopleiding.
    • Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in diverse financiële (control)functies, inclusief leidinggevende ervaring.
    • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en kennis van financiële boekhouding en systemen.
    • Stressbestendig en integer, met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
    • Proactief, hands-on en gericht op continue verbetering.
    • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
