Als Medewerker Financial Control bij Rexel ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de juiste, tijdige en volledige verslaggeving van de financiële administratie. Je werkt samen met de afdeling finance aan de controle van het grootboek en de rapportages welke hieruit voortkomen. In nauwe samenwerking controleer je de boekingen in de accountingsystemen. Je werkt mee aan digitaliseren en optimaliseren van de administratieve processen.
Je aandachtgebied is o.a. OPEX/CAPEX. Hiervoor stel je rapportages op en maak je verschillenanalyses. De maand- en kwartaalrapportages die je samen opstelt, zal je verantwoorden richting het moederbedrijf in Frankrijk. De boekingen die plaatsvinden moeten juist en volledig zijn. De boekingen lopen deels via systemen, maar sommige handelingen dienen handmatig te worden gedaan. Met jouw profiel denk je uiteraard mee om dit proces verder de verbeteren en de handelingen verder te automatiseren en optimaliseren.
Je verzamelt de juiste documentatie en het bewijsmateriaal om aan te kunnen tonen dat jullie deze processen op de juiste manier uitvoeren. Dit betekent dat je ook regelmatig contact zoekt met andere afdelingen om deze informatie te verzamelen. Hiervoor is het van belang dat je een goede relatie opbouwt met deze afdelingen en een verbindende rol hebt. Je signaleert verbeterpunten in de werkprocessen en voert deze, in overleg met de Manager, uit.
Je vormt samen met vier Financial Controllers, vier of vijf Financieel Administratief Medewerkers, de Teamleider Financiële Administratie en de Manager Financial Control de afdeling Financial Control. Jullie werken intensief samen. Rexel Nederland maakt deel uit van Rexel Groep, die op de Franse beurs genoteerd staat. Je hebt daarom ook geregeld contact met internationale collega's.
