- Kennis van externe verslaggeving is vereist. Kennis van zorg- en onderwijs regelgeving is een pre.
- De kandidaat beschikt minimaal over een HBO-diploma in een bedrijfseconomische of financiële opleiding en heeft minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare, leidinggevende functie.

Wat ga je doen
De Teamleider geeft leiding aan 4 financial controllers en 5 medewerkers reporting. De rol omvat het systematisch uitvoeren van de Planning & Control cyclus, het tijdig, juist en volledig opleveren van maandelijkse financiële rapportages, inclusief de complexe omzetverantwoording, en het intern rapporteren van maandelijkse analyses. Ook is de Teamleider verantwoordelijk voor liquiditeitsprognoses, projectvoortgangsrapportages, subsidieverantwoordingen en jaarlijkse afrekeningen van de zorgproductie met de gemeenten, het opstellen van jaarrekeningen en het coördineren van audits.
Het is essentieel voor de Teamleider om nauw samen te werken met andere afdelingen zoals Verkoop, Inkoop, Facility en Huisvesting, HRM, Business Intelligence, Business Control en Zorgadministratie om de gestelde doelen te bereiken.
