  • Hoe zorg ik dat organisaties hun risico's beheersen middels technologie, en tevens flexibel blijven?
  • Hoe zorg ik dat een ERP systeem (bijvoorbeeld SAP of Microsoft D365) veilig en efficiënt kan werken, zodat een organisatie kan bouwen op de informatie in deze systemen?
  • Hoe beveilig ik de toegang tot kritieke systemen, zodat ongeoorloofde acties zo min mogelijk kunnen voorkomen?
  • Hoe zorg ik dat ik met mijn team een kwalitatief hoogstaand eindproduct oplever dat aansluit op de vraag van de klant?
  • Hoe bouw ik op een duurzame manier relaties met klanten en collega's op, zodat KPMG te allen tijde de 'clear choice' is?

  • Een afgeronde universitaire master, bij voorkeur in de richting van Informatie Management of Bedrijfskunde
  • 5+ jaar aantoonbare werkervaring op het gebied van IT Risk Management
  • Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring op het gebied van 'Internal Control Frameworks', in het bijzonder het ontwikkelen en implementeren hiervan ten behoeve van diverse processen
  • Je beschikt over voldoende kennis en werkervaring om te bepalen of processen en IT-systemen voldoen aan de compliance vereisten
  • Je bent niet bang om in een zeer korte tijd nieuwe (technische) skills te ontwikkelen en je krijgt hier energie van
  • Je let op details, maar je weet ook het grotere plaatje in de gaten te houden en te communiceren naar de klant
  • Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels uitstekend, zowel in woord als geschrift
  • Je wordt gelukkig van een jong, divers en informeel team dat veel sociale activiteiten organiseert, zoals een borrel, de jaarlijkse skireis en diverse teambuilding activiteiten.
    • * Deze eisen geven een richting van het profiel dat wij zoeken voor deze functie.     Wat ga jij doen in deze functie?

    Wat ga je doen als Manager GRC Technology?

    Als schakel tussen business en IT, ben jij de onmisbare expert die risico's definieert en bedrijven helpt risico's in te perken door middel van technologie. Dit doe jij als onderdeel van het jonge, maar ervaren, GRC Technology team. Samen met onze klanten leg jij de fundering voor een flexibele en veilige organisatie. Wij maken gebruik van wat ERP systemen (zoals SAP, Microsoft D365 Finance of Workday) zelf bieden maar ook van tools zoals SAP GRC, ServiceNow en PowerBi.

    Als Manager krijg je de mogelijkheid om je persoonlijke en technische vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Deze vaardigheden doe je onder andere op door middel van klantopdrachten, waarin je samen met de klant risico's in bedrijfsprocessen identificeert. De geconstateerde risico's weet je te vertalen naar (technologische) oplossingen. Denk aan het opzetten van 'Control Frameworks', 'Control Assessments' en 'Control Testing'. Daarnaast heb je de vrijheid om je eigen agenda in te vullen en je kiest zelf vanaf welke locatie je werkt.
