About The Role

We are looking for a SoD Manager . This role combines both operational management and strategic aspects. As part of this role you will be responsible for managing a team based out of India, who is managing the SoD process and control execution as part of business as usual. Additionally, we aspire to drive a significant improvement in the way we manage our SOD process overall in the company and the SOD manager will be in the forefront of driving this end to end, from building the strategy and roadmap with Risk & Controls leadership through the execution.

To be successful in this position, it will require a dynamic personality and ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment. Furthermore, the SoD Manager should be able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, be able to balance multiple competing priorities, and strive for continuous improvement to drive beneficial business outcomes.
