IntroductieVoor een vooraanstaand bedrijf in de kunststofindustrie zoeken we momenteel een enthousiaste operator voor een 3-ploegendienst. Deze functie biedt een aantrekkelijk salaris tot €2200,- per maand, exclusief mogelijke toeslagen.Het bedrijf heeft een specialisatie in diverse kunststofartikelen die een integraal onderdeel van ons dagelijks leven vormen. Het maakt deel uit van een groot internationaal concern. Op deze locatie bevinden zich maar liefst 15 productielijnen, elk met een uniek ontwerp dat is toegespitst op verschillende producten. Als operator is een uiterste mate van nauwkeurigheid van cruciaal belang, aangezien zelfs de kleinste afwijking een verstorend effect kan hebben op de productie. Indien je een gedetailleerde en precieze werkhouding hebt, dan is deze rol uitstekend geschikt voor jouOmschrijvingBinnen deze rol werk je nauw samen met je collega's om zowel de productiekwantiteit als de kwaliteit van de 15 machines te waarborgen. Met je scherpe oog voor detail voer je regelmatige controles uit om ervoor te zorgen dat de beoogde kwaliteitsnormen worden gehaald. Bij kleine onderbrekingen neem je direct maatregelen om ze aan te pakken, of het nu gaat om het aanpassen van instellingen of het verhelpen van kleine technische problemen. Omdat er met unieke machines wordt gewerkt, ontvang je uitgebreide interne training om je optimaal voor te bereiden. Hieronder volgen enkele van de belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden die bij deze rol horen:

Uitvoeren van controles op temperaturen, druk van machines.
Verhelpen van storingen door middel van kleine reparaties en/of wijzigingen.
Signaleren van eventuele afwijkingen tijdens de productie.
Opstarten, aansturen en uitzetten van machines.
Inregelen, en bijsturen van machines en registreren van procesgegevens.

Functie-eisenWat wordt er van jou verwacht binnen deze functie;

Ervaring met computers en bedieningspanelen.
Een opleiding in een technische richting.
De Nederlandse taal goed onder controle en kunt deze lezen, schrijven en spreken.
Misschien al eerder gewerkt als (machine) operator, of vergelijkbaar.
Technisch inzicht en een flinke dosis motivatie.
