Job description

The position is for an Inside Sales Specialist who needs to be organized and efficient. Your main tasks will involve administrative duties and supporting the sales team in acquiring and retaining customers. You will handle tasks such as creating and tracking sales orders, data entry, and addressing customer inquiries. Acting as a link between operations, sales, and marketing, ensuring customer satisfaction is vital. Your direct supervisor will be the Lead Operations manager.

Responsibilities:

Order management: creating and processing orders promptly, handling rush order requests, and reviewing pending orders to guarantee customer satisfaction. Providing troubleshooting support for orders as needed.
Backorder and ETA management: tracking and communicating customer backorders and estimated time of arrival for products.
Customer account management: setting up customer accounts and assisting customers with onboarding processes.
General administrative tasks and support for the internal sales team.
Ensuring accurate pricing.
Serving as the primary point of contact for customers.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess strong time management and organizational skills. Additionally, demonstrating excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities is crucial.

Qualifications:

MBO+ level of education and thinking.
Around 2 years of relevant work experience (working with major clients) is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Exact (ERP system) is advantageous.
Proficiency in Business English and French is required. Knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese is a plus.
