    Job description

    FP&A is a function within theCorporate Finance department. The objective is to improve financialplanning and analysis with the aim to create better insights in businessresults and expectations in forecasting. This includes scenario planning, budgetsand rolling forecasts, target setting and benchmarking. Development of financialmodels and project management of implementing tools in this area, in closecooperation with Corporate Finance Staff and BU Finance Directors.

    The new Group Controller FP&A will contributeto the further professionalization of the FP&A function in the HG Group.

    Your main responsibilities :

  • Create insights with thorough financial analysis, posinganalytical questions to the BU & Holding organizations
  • Establish models to improve our planning and analysis offinancial and business results
  • Support and develop the budgeting and forecastingprocesses
  • Analyze and comment on variances between actual resultsand forecast/budget;
  • Improve monthly reporting processes, includingpresentation to Executive and Supervisory Boards
  • Support in meeting new reporting requirements of our (PE)shareholders and create monthly reporting set
  • Lead projects to establish improved planning processwith rolling forecasting and higher level of calendar yearbudgeting/forecasting and implement/maintain a planning tool worldwide
  • Provide support and challenge BU FDs in creating andreviewing Capex/ Business Cases and presentation thereof to Executive andSupervisory Boards

    • Do you have the following requirements?

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Experience: 4-8 years in a Finance function (Finance, Accounting/Reporting, Financial Modelling, Business Analysis)
  • Familiar with ERP systems and interfaces
  • Experience in working in a complexinternational matrix organization
  • Knowledge: Thorough financial and accountingknowledge; Highly skilled in building complex models with software tools (e.g.,Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI)
  • Strong reporting skills
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
