- Je beschikt over een (financiële/bedrijfskundige) hbo-opleiding en hebt minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in een (project) control functie.
- Je weet wat er speelt bij jouw projecten. Je bent betrokken bij het project aan en je denkt graag mee in opbouwende en innovatieve oplossingen. Je hebt affiniteit met techniek, je wilt het project echt in control hebben en kijkt verder dan alleen de cijfers;
- Ervaring in financiële analyse en rapportage, bij voorkeur binnen de bouwsector;
- Uitstekende Excel-vaardigheden en kennis van Dynamics AX is een pré.

Wat ga je doen
Als Project Controller ben je de financiële spin in het web, verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van nauwkeurige projectrapportages in verschillende waardekernen. Dit betreffen o.a. Woningbouw Nieuwbouw, Woningbouw Renovatie & Verduurzaming en Utiliteitsbouw. Je hebt de mogelijkheid om een cruciale rol te spelen in het financiële succes van diverse bouwprojecten.
Je belangrijkste taken omvatten:
Door jouw kritische maar meedenkende houding zorg je voor helder overzicht en inzicht in de gevraagde en ongevraagde management rapportages. Je levert passende informatie ten behoeve van operationele en strategische projectbeslissingen. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Financieel Manager.
