    About this role

    As our Sr. Marketing Manager for the Netherlands, your expert analysis will help to identify opportunities – and potential challenges – to boost our brand

    • Using your strategic skills, you contribute to build the annual market brand plans and deliver data-driven business updates.
    • You're responsible for leading the planning, best-in-class execution and evaluation of successful marketing activities. That includes ensuring that all activities align with our brand identity and objectives across all touchpoints.

    Taking on this role also gives you the opportunity to:

    • Play a vital role in the Dutch marketing team and the wider global Country Marketing department
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective & sustainable commercial strategies
    • Take ownership on, and end-to-end responsibility for marketing activities.
    • Working on the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing activities, you make sure that everything from local & global campaigns and activations is optimized to engage with customers across the Netherlands.
    • Work closely with marketing specialists (our internal agency, Digital Media, CRM, PR, etc.) to ensure our marketing campaigns have the most effective assets & media mix
    • Sharing responsibility for media planning & KPIs with the Performance, Brand Marketing and other Marketing teams.

    These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

    • Strategic thinking: Support the annual brand marketing plans and lead projects and initiatives that boost new customers, active customer base and increase Brand awareness.
    • Data driven: Be customer centric and deliver marketing business update reports to monitor performance.
    • Stakeholder management: Build good relationships with stakeholders, acting as a contact point and keeping them updated regarding relevant plans
    • Collaboration: Produce top-class collaboration with agencies, partners, and internal departments, such as our internal agency, media team, Digital team, retention team, local Sales team, and performance marketing team.
    • In this role you will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the whole team to make sure all campaigns are aligned and in line with the strategy

    What will you bring to the table?

    • 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an FMCG and/or e-commerce environment
    • Degree in Management, Marketing or another relevant field
    • Able to collaborate effectively with multiple internal & external parties
    • Confident working autonomously, with a proactive, solution-oriented and data-driven approach to your job
    • Strong creative judgment, strategic thinking skills and a test & learn method
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with proven experience in successful project management
    • Fluent English and Dutch (written & spoken) and good communication skills
