    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about agile methodologies, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and have a proven track record of successfully guiding teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

    Responsibilities of Scrum Master:

    • Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
    • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure clear understanding and prioritization of backlog items.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and help teams identify and address impediments to their success.
    • Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and best practices.
    • Ensure transparency and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
    • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.

    Required Education and Experience of Scrum Master

    • Excellent command of Dutch and English, spoken and written
    • HBO and/or WO diploma
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a scrum master within large/corporate organizations or non-profit organizations
    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM1, or PSM2
    • SAFe Certification or willingness to get certified
    • Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies.
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
    • Experience with agile tools and frameworks (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

    Arbeidsvoorwaarden


    What do we offer?

    • A good starting salary, between €3,500 and €5,000 gross per month based on 40 hours (depending on knowledge and work experience);
    • You will always be paid 100% of your salary during your employment contract, even between any assignments
    • 25 vacation days per year based on 40 hours
