- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to develop and implement efficient industrialization strategies.
- Lead the design and optimization of manufacturing processes, ensuring scalability and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
- Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve industrialization processes.
- Work closely with product development teams to provide input on design for manufacturability and assembly.
- Collaborate with suppliers to optimize component manufacturing processes and ensure high-quality standards.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in industrialization and manufacturing processes, preferably in a high-tech environment.
- Strong understanding of design for manufacturability and assembly principles.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of key industry standards and best practices in industrialization.
