    BDO M&A|Transaction Advisory Services

    De M&A Praktijk van BDO bestaat uit ruim 70 gedreven professionals en omvat Corporate Finance, Debt Advisory, Waardebepaling (Valuation) en Transaction Advisory Services. De afdeling bestaat uit jonge, enthousiaste en ondernemende collega's die een hecht team met elkaar vormen en elkaar stimuleren om out-of-the-box te denken en alles uit zichzelf te halen. BDO M&A mag zich binnen de mid-market marktleider noemen in de Benelux als het gaat om M&A advies. Echter, onze ambities gaan verder en om die reden zoeken wij verdere versterking

    Het vakgebied van Transaction Advisory Services is dynamisch en veelzijdig. Als deskundige op je vakgebied adviseer je klanten omtrent fusies en overnames, specifiek op het gebied van due diligence trajecten. Binnen Transaction Advisory Services wordt nauw samengewerkt met andere specialismen binnen en buiten BDO (o.a. corporate finance adviseurs, fiscalisten, juristen en HR consultants). Hierin vervul je een aansturende rol.

    Wij vinden het belangrijk dat onze professionals zich breed ontwikkelen. Natuurlijk vult een groot deel van je tijd zich met projecten. Daarnaast is er echter ook ruimte voor andere zaken: opleidingen voor collega's, coaching van junioren en medioren, acquisitie, contacten met onze relaties en eigen ontwikkeling. Hierin krijg jij zelf de regie, ondersteund waar nodig.

  • Coördineren van en samen met het team uitvoeren van de due diligence onderzoeken.
  • Proactief meedenken in het belang van de klant; fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt.
  • Training on the job voor junioren en medioren.
  • Meewerken aan de verdere uitbouw van de afdeling.
  • Werken aan jouw eigen ambitie en business case.
