- run and maintain accurate and timely day-to-day reconciliation between the operational clearing & settlement system and the accounting system;
- support the team with financial data processing within the companies systems;
- support the accounts payable (including credit card and cost reimbursement) and accounts receivable activities, including preparation of bi-monthly reports on open invoices and follow up on credit control activities;
- support the cash reconciliation daily process;
- participate into Company's projects and control governance, including SOX compliance as required by the group;
- assist the finance team in end of month activities, including identifying variances and explaining the trends between actuals and accruals;
- assist in addressing ad-hoc requirements received from the Company's management, group finance, internal and external auditors, and other departments in the Company.
- Bachelor's graduate in economics, accounting, financial reporting, controlling, etc.
- Capable of resourceful problem solving and continuously looking for improvements
- Comfortable in a very fluid environment that changes as the business evolves
- Strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Fluent in English, written and verbal is a must
