    Join our Finance Internship at INK Hotel Amsterdam!

    If you are passionate about numbers, accuracy, and exploring different aspects of Finance, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.

    Your Role:

    Collaborate closely with the Back Office Manager to handle various financial responsibilities within the dynamic hotel environment.

    During this internship, you will work alongside different hotel departments and be part of a young and motivated team to delve into the operational side of INK Hotel's financial processes. From managing purchase invoices to preparing daily reports for the management team, you will play a key role in month-end closing and F&B inventory monitoring.

    Here's an overview of your main tasks:

    • Support the Back Office Manager with reports, ad hoc tasks, and analyses;
    • Handle purchase invoices and coordinate with Central Accounting;
    • Seek approval for invoices from Department Head;
    • Monitor F&B, Daily Discounts, and Void operations;
    • Reconcile Opera and Micros operating systems;
    • Assist in month-end closing procedures;
    • Conduct F&B monthly inventory checks;
    • Assist F&B in stockroom management;
    • Book Bank Transactions.
