    Since its inception in 2007, our Amsterdam Office offers our clients local expertise in law and finance from outstanding and highly skilled professionals. This human-sized, yet dynamic office has allowed us to encourage a strong office culture and to significantly grow in both size and expertise.

    To pursue our ambitious growth development in the Netherlands, we are currently looking for a Senior Legal Officer in Real Estate team.

    YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting clients in implementation, incorporation and optimising of holding, financing, and real estate companies and building and maintaining a strong relationship with clients
  • Evaluating, reviewing and preparing all relevant legal documents and regulations in relation to the client (from a directors point of view)
  • Keeping the client company in legal good standing
  • Taking part in developing restructuring plans or other transactions in compliance with recommendations of the local regulatory body, including spin – offs, mergers and acquisitions
  • Assisting and attending of board meetings and shareholders meetings
  • Actively participate in our growth ambitions by marketing our service offering
  • Coaching and training junior tem member

    • YOUR PROFILE:

  • You have a descent level of Dutch
  • You hold a Masters degree in Dutch (corporate) law
  • You have at least 3 years of experience and affinity with corporate management services
  • You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
  • You possess team spirit, the capacity to build strong client relationships, and take initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate
