    In this role, you will be responsible for the IT Service Management of our Marketing applications. This will include monitoring incidents, problems and risks and managing knowledge and change. You will also supervise the life cycle management of all our Marketing applications and interfaces including all related infrastructure, building, monitoring and operating processes. In addition, you will:

    • Ensure continuous quality control by setting up automated PEN, security, regression, end-to-end and acceptance tests
    • Set up, monitor and report on Service Level Agreements and IT controls and ensure compliance with all NN standards
    • Set up technical configurations for the applications and interfaces in a Cloud/SaaS environment (AWS, Azure) using programming languages such as JavaScript and Python
    • Share knowledge through (technical) documentation, Service Now (CMDB) and SharePoint
    • Identify and report on technical issues and propose improvements

    While you'll be officially based in The Hague, we work hybrid at NN. This means that together with your team, you may decide where, when and how you work.

    As an operations mastermind, you are energized by Service Management. You have a passion for automation and implementing recurring tasks and an awareness of the security needs of a financial company. You are a team player who takes responsibility while sharing knowledge to take your team to a higher level. You also have sufficient experience and gravitas to engage in technical discussions and convince stakeholders at all levels. You also have:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or prior experience working with software development systems
    • At least 5 years of working experience in Service Management at a large company
    • Experience with a Cloud/SaaS environment (AWS, Azure), Terraform, Azure DevOps, AD, JavaScript and Python
    • Experience with the Adobe Experience Platform or a similar platform is preferable
    • Knowledge of the LCM of applications and how to work in an Agile environment

    You will join our Marketing Automation team, which is responsible for the maintenance and development of our Adobe Experience Platform, including features such as analytics, a data platform, journey planning, personalization and data collection. In this role, you will closely cooperate with several end-to-end business unit teams and other platform teams like Customer Data, Salesforce ServiceCloud and CMS.
