    :

    Als Lead Business Architect in een Pega Devops team bij De Volksbank ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, analyseren en implementeren van strategische bedrijfsprocessen met behulp van Pega software. Bij de Volksbank gebruiken we een Agile manier van werken, je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en stakeholders om de zakelijke behoeften te begrijpen en oplossingen te ontwikkelen. Je weet hoe je business requirements en Pega mogelijkheden met elkaar moet verbinden. We werken samen met onze Pega Systeem Architecten om de efficiëntie te verbeteren, kosten te verlagen en de klantervaring te optimaliseren.

    Je bent proactief, leergierig, creatief en werkt graag samen. Je weet je weg in complexe omgevingen en kunt moeilijke beslissingen nemen als dat nodig is. Je weet anderen te inspireren en wilt jezelf als LBA professional blijven verbeteren binnen de organisatie.

    Daarnaast heb je:

  • Hoger opleidingsniveau, richting informatica.
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring in ontwerp en implementatie van BPM gebaseerde oplossingen,
  • Je bent Pega Certified Business Architect of wil dit certificaat behalen,
  • Gepassioneerd door het optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen in de context van Pega functionaliteit.
  • Goed begrip van Agile, Design Thinking en Value Stream Mapping.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels.
  • Bij voorkeur kennis van het financiële domein.

    • Wat bieden wij?

    Het salaris voor deze functie ligt tussen de €50.000 en €75.000 bruto op jaarbasis (inclusief 13e maand en 8% vakantiegeld) en is gebaseerd op 36 uur per week. Daarnaast biedt de Volksbank interessante en flexibele secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden:
