- Magazijn, inslag, opslag en uitslag van goederen;
- Ontvangst controle; verschillende controles op binnenkomende goederen;
- Expeditie, fysiek ontvangen verzenden van goederen en het interne transport.
- Samen met je team ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor haalbare planningen. Zorgen voor consolidatie van alle detailplanningen van alle productielijnen.
- Faciliteren van het besluitvormingsproces om vraag en aanbod op elkaar af te stemmen voor alle productielijnen van de site.
- Verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van alle planninggerelateerde standaarden.
- Het stimuleren van samenwerking en het continu verbeterproces binnen je team.
- Zorgdragen voor een goede connectie (verbinding) van het team met alle spelers in het veld.
- Sparringpartner van de Supply Chain Manager en de Proces & Tools Managers.
- Minimaal afgeronde HBO opleiding richting Logistiek of Supply Chain Management;
- Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring binnen een productieomgeving;
- Kennis van Operations Supply Planning (SIOP) / Master Production Scheduling & ERP-systemen;
- Jij bent flexibel, kunt snel schakelen en hebt oog voor het welzijn van de mens. Daarnaast ben je analytisch, communicatief vaardig en heb je een grote luistervaardigheid.

In deze functie ben je samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de Shop Floor Scheduling en voor de Material Handling. Jij rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Supply Chain Manager van de locatie Hoogeveen.

Je geeft leiding aan het logistieke team bij het beheren, exploiteren en controleren van alle fysieke stromen van, binnen en naar de locatie(s). Beheert de teams en proceseffectiviteit van ontvangstoperaties, transportorganisatie en -planning, magazijnoperaties, beheer van fysieke voorraad, interne logistiek en uitgaande operaties.
Leidinggeven aan het team van Shop Floor Schedulers.
