About the Company
Our client produces plastic compounds by mixing and coloring various types of plastics and additives based on a recipe. Their target markets include automotive/transport, (consumer) electronics, packaging, and construction industries. The client's processes related to supply chain, production, and quality control are highly automated and mechanized.
For production control, the organization has a laboratory where compounds are tested for various properties. The lab works closely with production teams. R&D activities are handled by the Technical Support team, which has access to extensive facilities for test production and material evaluations.
The organization adheres to standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001, and is actively adopting responsibility measures like ISO 45001, Operation Clean Sweep, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
